Our story
From Manabí to your table
Mamá Manaba is a tiny home kitchen built around family recipes from the Manabí coast of Ecuador. Every empanada is folded by hand, every stew simmered the way it's been made for generations.
We cook one day a week — Saturday — so we can do it right. Pre-order through the site, pick up warm, and eat the way Manabí grandmothers feed their family.
If you've eaten at a Manaba grandmother's house, you already know. If you haven't — come hungry on Saturday.
Fresh, every morning
Bread out of the oven, stews on the stove, sauces ground that day. We don't keep yesterday's food.
A family kitchen
We cook for our neighbors the way we cook for our family — same recipes, same hands.
Manabí roots
Our coastal flavors lean on peanut, plantain, fresh herbs and slow heat. The way it's been done for generations.
